We’re committed to building a culture where individuals are encouraged and enabled to bring their full selves to work every day. To do that, we aim to embed principles of diversity, equity and inclusion into everything we do – from recruitment and pay, to culture, benefits and training – to ensure that everyone can reach their full potential.

We know that many groups are underrepresented within the technology and life sciences industries – which is why we work hard to proactively grow and expand the diversity of our team, especially in roles where particular groups tend to be underrepresented. We believe that we all have the right to be treated equally, and we won’t discriminate on the basis of: age, gender, sex, sexual orientation, marital and/or partnership status, caregiver status, pregnancy or parental leave status, disability (physical and/or mental), race (including colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin), religion or belief, neurodiversity, social position or class, education level (unless legally required), citizenship or refugee status (subject to having legal right to work), veteran status or military service eligibility. We actively encourage different perspectives, backgrounds and experiences because we know that this will help us solve problems in new and innovative ways.

As a team, we work together to provide a supportive and inclusive environment where all employees are treated fairly,  and we empower our colleagues to chart their own path, with equal access to development opportunities. We also expect that everyone in the team takes responsibility for diversity and inclusion in their everyday activities, roles and functions – and we provide them with the tools, training and resources to do that.

We are always striving to improve, and we know that there are some areas where we may not get it right the first time or where we need to learn more. As such, this policy is a living document that may be amended in the future.
