Patient-reported outcome (PRO) measures
Outcome measures that are self-reported by patients (or reported on their behalf by caregivers). Patients (or their caregivers) directly answer questionnaires on a range of real-world settings, such as quality of life, symptoms, pain, patient satisfaction and health utility (patient-perceived value of particular states of health). PROs can be categorised as generic or disease/condition-specific.
