Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls (CMC) refers to critical activities related to the development, manufacture and testing of pharmaceutical products. Manufacturing processes, product characteristics, and product testing are defined in order to ensure that the pharmaceutical products are consistently effective, safe and high quality for patients.
